What size is the pillow?

The standard size is 50 × 30 × 10 cm (approximately 19.7" × 11.8" × 3.9"). It fits inside a standard pillowcase.

Is it good for side sleepers and back sleepers?

Yes — the butterfly contour design has a higher edge for side sleepers and a lower center for back sleepers. Stomach sleeping is not recommended for cervical health regardless of pillow type.

How do I wash it?

Remove the zippered cover and machine wash on a gentle cycle. The memory foam core should be spot-cleaned only — do not submerge in water.
